How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
Within 24 hours, usually much faster. If you contact us during business hours (Monday–Friday 9 AM – 6 PM WAT), expect a response within a few hours.
Is there any obligation after the free audit or strategy call?
None. Zero pressure. The audit and call are genuinely free with no strings attached. If we’re not the right fit or you’re not ready, that’s completely fine.
Do you only work with businesses in Lagos?
No. While we’re based in Lagos, we work with clients across Nigeria, Africa, and internationally. Our process is designed for seamless remote collaboration.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
That’s exactly why the free strategy call exists. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your business, goals, and budget. No need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
What information should I prepare before the discovery call?
Nothing formal. Just think about: your business goals, what’s not working with your current digital presence, your target customers, and your rough timeline and budget. We’ll guide the conversation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are structured as 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment plans. We’ll cover this in the proposal.
Are you taking new projects right now?
We typically have availability, but larger projects may have a 2–4 week wait before kickoff depending on our current workload. Contact us to check current availability.
What if I just have a quick question?
